If Éditions Point de Ralliement eventually introduces an online store allowing purchases to be completed directly through its website, these Terms of Use will need to be updated. In Quebec, a merchant entering into a distance contract must, before the purchase, provide consumers with specific information regarding its identity, the product, the price, applicable fees, payment terms, delivery, and cancellation or refund conditions.
